BollywoodNaach Refund Policy

1. Overview

BollywoodNaach is committed to providing an exceptional experience for all attendees. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by Attendee:
    • 30 Days or More Before Event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • 15 to 29 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the ticket price.
    • 14 Days or Less Before Event: No refund available.
  • Event Cancellation or Postponement:
    • In the event of a cancellation or postponement by BollywoodNaach, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, tickets may be transferred to the rescheduled event upon request.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email refunds@bollywoodnaach.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Information
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Refund Request

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request being approved. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Service Fees
  • Processing Fees
  • Merchandise or any add-ons purchased along with the event ticket.

5. Special Circumstances

6. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please inform us of the transfer at least 48 hours before the event by emailing bollywoodnaach_rahul@yahoo.com.
